Why we created the CUBS Moms Circle

At CUBS, we know moms are the real tastemakers. You know what works for kids — from comfy footwear to backpacks that survive the school year. The CUBS Moms Circle is our modern take on community-driven selling: a flexible, rewarding way for mothers across the GCC to earn by sharing products they already love with family, friends and followers.

This is not a job — it’s a community. Earn commission, get first dibs on new drops, host playdate pop-ups, and enjoy exclusive offers for you and your network.

How the program works — simple & fair

We designed the program to be easy, transparent and enjoyable.

1. Sign up

DM us on Instagram (@cubsgulf). Approval is instant for existing customers; otherwise we review within 48 hours.

2. Get your unique referral code & link

You’ll receive a personal code (e.g., MARY10) and a tracking link you can share on WhatsApp, Instagram, and in school groups.

3. Share & earn

Whenever someone uses your code or link, you earn commission. Payments are processed monthly.

4. Perks & levels

  • Advocate (Starter): Earn 10% commission. Access to ready-made social posts and a starter digital kit.
  • Leader (Active): Earn 12% + monthly bonus if you hit sales targets. Eligible for free sample packs and event invites.
  • Super Ambassador (Top): Earn 15% + exclusive previews, co-branded pop-up support, and higher bonuses.

Commission & Payouts (example)

  • Advocate: 10% per any sale you make
  • Leader: 12% per sale + monthly bonus when you reach 2000AED / 2000SAR / 200OMR per month
  • Super Ambassador: 15% per sale + special rewards (exclusive gifts, higher bonuses) when you reach 5000AED / 5000SAR / 500OMR per month

Payouts are issued monthly via bank transfer, Payoneer, or local wallet options (we support GCC-friendly payout methods). All commissions are net of VAT where applicable; a simple monthly statement shows your performance.
