How long does shipping take?
We deliver across the UAE within 1 to 2 working days. Orders above 299 AED ship free. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.
To start a return, email us at aashokkarotia@ststitch.com. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Please note:
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
- Returns sent without approval will not be accepted
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes fit guidance and size details. If you're unsure, feel free to message us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll help you choose the right size for your child’s age and needs.
How do you ensure product hygiene?
All our items are handled and packed in clean, sanitized conditions. Backpacks, lunch kits, and footwear are sealed in protective packaging to maintain hygiene before reaching you.
How should I care for my products?
Most of our bags and accessories are made from high-strength polyester and can be cleaned easily:
- Wipe gently with a damp cloth
- Do not machine wash or soak
- Keep zippers and stitching away from sharp objects to extend life
Care tips may vary by product, so check each page for specific notes.
What warranty do you provide?
All Cubs Go Places products come with a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty against defects. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
